We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. As all our products are freshly ground and packed in small batches to ensure the best possible quality and flavour, dispatch can occasionally take a little longer, especially during busy periods.

Delivery Charges:

UK Standard: £5.95 (5–7 working days)

Europe Standard: £9.95 (7–14 working days)

FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £30

We currently ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Each order is packed by hand with care. Kindly allow the above timeframes for delivery.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged or defective products due to shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@myamaste.com. Include a description of the damage, the batch number or Best Before date, and your order number. To help us resolve this quickly, please attach photographs of both the damaged product and packaging.

Incorrect Product or Missing Items:

If you have received incorrect products or items are missing from your order, please email hello@myamaste.com. Include a brief description of the issue, your order number, and batch number or Best Before date. For incorrect products, please attach photographs for our reference.
